Merchant Registration


New process for Merchant Registration in 2025:

  • All Merchants will pre-register through SCORES and will pay for the event fee and the Merchant fee.
  • The Battlemoor Merchant coordinator will contact those who paid for the Merchant fee with next steps and with additional details.

Merchants are required to check in after NOON on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

We are so pleased that you have decided to join us this year! I hope this information helps you as you enjoy your time with us.

You are cordially invited to participate in Moonlight Madness, which is scheduled 6-10 pm, Friday, July 4, 2025. Please keep in mind that Moonlight Madness is scheduled for people to shop in the cool of the evening, not to undercut your fellow vendors and artisans. This is a completely voluntary event.

We ask that you please donate to the event’s volunteer raffle, those donations will be collected on Wednesday, July 2nd. Please remember to include a business card with your donation.

If during the event you need to reach me, contact any member of security or any event staff member and they will be happy to page me. I will also be checking in with you all during the event.

Items of importance:

  • By the Colorado law all product sales are subject to sales tax. Individual vendors selling at craft fairs, must collect and remit state and local sales tax. Read more about this here.
  • The Sales Tax for Colorado is 2.9% plus Las Animas County at 4.5% is a combined Sales Tax of 7.4%.
  • Merchants with generators are required to have a sound box to insulate it.
  • All merchants are responsible for their own unloading, setup and tear down
  • Merchants required to check in after NOON on Tuesday, July 1, 2025
  • All vehicles are to be removed from Merchant area as soon as you have unloaded.
  • Merchants are expected to be open daily, minimally from 10am-6pm
  • Merchant booth tear down cannot begin before 8pm Saturday July 5, 2025
  • NO vehicles are allowed on Merchant’s row until 6am Sunday July 6, 2025
  • Merchants must be off site by 3pm Sunday July 6, 2025
  • Merchants please remove flags and marking tape before opening to public.
  • Please leave your space as clean, or even cleaner than you found it.
All Merchants MUST complete a Merchant Application form (email me at [email protected], if you have already completed pre-registration and I have not contacted you)
